Premium, Hand Printed Graphic Tees

Lionhead

The Lionhead design is part of my linework series of graphic tees. The focus on detail and texture using clean lines and repetitive patterns is an aesthetic that I've always loved, and it's actually a very meditative drawing process, which helps make these some of my favourite designs to create. I love how the finished product comes through in intricate, bold designs that transfer really well through the silk screen onto the tee.

Side note - friends of ours have mentioned that they feel like the lion's eyes follow you wherever you are in the room. For any of you who've ever felt "followed" by the gaze of a portrait painting, you'll know what they mean! We did a little research, and apparently it's a thing! We're going to pretend we created this design with a "ubiquitous gaze effect" on purpose. 👀

*Special Note 👋🏽 We hand print every single graphic tee in our home studio in Toronto, Canada. To minimize waste, we only print tees once they are ordered. For this reason, it can take between 4-10 days to print, press and package a tee. But we do our very best to get orders out within 3-5 days (+ shipping times)! Shipping times depend on your location from Toronto, so the further away or the more rural the address, the longer it may take. Typically, shipping is 2-6 days within North America, and anywhere from 6-14 days worldwide.

Our fabric choice prioritizes garment longevity so you can buy better, less often.

We choose premium CVC fabrics for their softness, durability, and the way they hold their shape no matter how many times you wash them.

Washing and Care

  • Pre-washed to reduce shrinkage.

  • Wash inside out to maintain longest-lasting ink quality

Biodegradable Packaging

We use home-compostable, zero-waste Hero mailers or recyclable cardboard envelopes for all our orders.

Sizing Tips

Our unisex tees are a classic fit, with tailored sleeves and narrower silhouette. They are true to size, however, if you're in between sizes, choose the larger size. So, if you're a true medium, then grab a medium tee. If you're a medium that likes a little more room or sometimes goes for a large, pick the large in our tees.

Great fit and quality!

I was at my wit's end, tired of spending a fortune on mainstream brands that couldn't deliver on their promises. I wanted something special for my BF, something that would truly fit him like a glove. Lululemon and Nike had let me down time and time again, their quality becoming more and more inconsistent with each purchase.

But then I found it, the perfect shirt that ticked off every single box. As I write this review, I’m wearing my second Lionhead t-shirt from Blackhare. I really enjoy the Lionhead design, but I also like the colours (I have the brown and yellow) and how comfortable the material is.
