This new design is a tribute to my dad, who my family lost this year.

He was born in the tiny town of Cookville, New Brunswick, in 1940. He was the typical east coast farmer type: tall, unassuming, dressed most days in blue jeans, a button up shirt and "all season" crocs, with his dog always at his heels.

He wasn't the best at remembering names, so he'd just call everyone Crowbar. So, everyone started calling him Crowbar.Β It stuck.

Crowbar was often quiet, but if he was surrounded by friends, he'd take every opportunity to tell a story. He lived for delivering a punchline.

I knew he liked to embellish things for the sake of a good reaction -- so when he told me that he used to own an Indian Motorcycle with a suicide shift , I didn't actually believe him.Β

Until he showed me this photo to prove it.Β

When I decided to do a memorial design for my dad, I wanted to use the coolest possible pic I had of him. This one was a no-brainer.

This tee is dedicated to every kid whose dad might have told a tall tale or two, whose stories always made the room laugh, and who could never possibly be replaced.

When will I get my order?

We hand print all of our tees and make all of our items to order. Typically, we work on 1-2 print lists a week, which means we compile all the orders over a certain time period and get them printed and out the door.

This means it usually takes us about 5-12 days to get a tee pulled, printed, and packaged.

Our processing time also factors in time for supplier delays (waiting on blanks that we have run out of in the studio) or minor equipment damage (such as a tear on a silkscreen).

If we ever experience a significant delay on an order, one of us (probably Monica!) will reach out to you to explain the issue and problem solve.

In any circumstance, we do our very best to keep production running smoothly so that we can get your order out to you in a reasonable time frame!

We very much appreciate your patience and for choosing small-scale and hand printed!

Where are your products manufactured?

Our Made In Canada tees are milled, cut and sewn in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). They are crafted byΒ Redwood Classics Apparel(unisex) andΒ JericoΒ (women's).

Our Signature Line tees are manufactured in California (Bella and Canvas brand) and South America (Next Level brand). Both of our Signature Line brands have multiple factory certifications for socially and environmentally responsible production. You can read moreΒ here.

How are Signature Lightweight and Made in Canada Midweight tees different?

Our Signature Lightweight CVC tees are a cotton/recycled poly blend with a fabric weight of 145 gsm (4.3 oz/ydΒ²).

The Made in Canada midweight tees are 100% combed cotton jersey with a slightly heavier weight of 300 gsm (9 oz/ydΒ²).

Both styles are a CLASSIC CUT and have a TRUE TO SIZE FIT.

The precise measures are slightly different. Please refer to the size charts and sizing tips for each style to get your preferred fit!
