Shipping policy
As a very small business, we are doing all that we can to keep our shipping costs as low as possible! Right now, we keep our rates from $7-$9 across Canada and the US.
We wish we could offer free shipping on all orders like the big guys that we've all gotten used to, but unfortunately, we just don't have that capacity. We appreciate everyone who makes an order despite the shipping fee! We will continue to do what we can to keep our shipping costs low so that we can keep our valuable customers!!
WHAT'S YOUR PROCESSING TIME?
We process orders within 5-10 business days. We make all our products to order, so it requires more time than simply pulling stock from a shelf. Our production process typically runs on a weekly system where we print, press, and ship out all orders received within 5-10 days. Sometimes, we may experience unavoidable delays - for instance, there may be stock shortages, or, rare family issues (illness or emergencies) that can affect our regular processing time. If that ever happens, we send a notice out to customers asap and will ensure orders arrive as quickly as possible.
Once we ship out your order, you'll receive an email from us letting you know your order has been processed. From there, the shipping carrier takes over all notifications and sends emails directly with shipment updates. We often use zone skip services to keep our shipping fees below $10, which provides tracking but at fewer checkpoints than expedited or express post shipments. We ship n this way because we've found it's the fastest and most cost-efficient way to do it, and allows us to keep rates affordable at the consumer end.
Note that processing time is not the same as shipping time, which is calculated once the item is processed and picked up by the carrier.
We are not responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit, but if you are experiencing issues receiving your order, please do let us know and we'll do our best to resolve it!
